White prestigious Truffle of Alba; Bianchetto Truffle; Black prestigious Truffle of Norcia; Summer Black Truffle “Scorzone”; Winter Black Truffle; Smooth Black Truffle; Moscato Truffle; Uncinato Truffle; Black Truffle of Bagnoli. There are in nature more than 100 truffle types but a lot of them are considered inedible because they have a nasty smell or because they are somewhat toxic, even if they are eaten by some animals anyway.
